TERMS OF SERVICE

By engaging our services, purchasing our products, or accessing our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, contractors, and business partners.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

Our high-mast lighting systems are engineered for the following applications:

• Square Lighting: Urban and public space illumination systems
• Port Lighting: Maritime and industrial harbor lighting solutions
• Stadium Lighting: Professional sports venue and arena systems
• Airport Lighting: Aviation-standard apron and terminal illumination

All products meet or exceed applicable industry standards and certifications including IES, FAA, and international lighting standards.

Order Confirmation: All orders require written confirmation and technical specifications approval before manufacturing begins.

Lead Times: Standard manufacturing lead times range from 6-12 weeks depending on project scope and customization requirements.

Custom Solutions: Engineering modifications and custom designs require additional lead time and may incur design fees.

Quality Assurance: All products undergo comprehensive testing and quality control procedures before shipment.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders maintain locked pricing for the duration of the project.

Payment Terms:

• 30% deposit required upon order confirmation
• 60% payment upon completion of manufacturing
• 10% final payment upon delivery and installation (if applicable)

Late Payment: Interest charges of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue accounts.

Product Warranty:

• Structural components: 25-year warranty against defects
• LED lighting systems: 10-year warranty with 100,000+ hour lifespan
• Electrical components: 5-year comprehensive warranty
• Control systems: 3-year warranty with software support

Technical Support: 24/7 technical assistance available for critical installations and emergency repairs.

Maintenance Services: Preventive maintenance programs available to extend product lifespan and optimize performance.

Shipping: Products are shipped FOB factory unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for freight costs and insurance.

Installation Services: Professional installation available through our certified partner network. Installation costs are separate from product pricing.

Site Requirements: Customer must ensure proper site preparation, electrical infrastructure, and crane access for installation.

Permits: Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and regulatory approvals.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We shall not be liable for:

• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the purchase price of the products
• Damages resulting from improper installation or maintenance

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total contract value for any single claim or series of related claims.

All designs, specifications, and technical documentation remain our intellectual property. Customer may not:

• Reverse engineer or replicate our products
• Share proprietary designs with third parties
• Use our trademarks without written permission

We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• Government regulations or trade restrictions
• Material shortages or supplier delays
• Labor disputes or transportation disruptions

These terms are governed by applicable manufacturing and commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through industry arbitration services
3. Binding arbitration if mediation fails
